This blog is only for intellectuals...unless...

you are male, female, have a job or are unemployed, live in a condo, apartment, or home, and have activity in at least one half of your brain.

I recently left my post as a Marketing Director for a Sports Agency (NFL, MLB, and Motorsports) to work for a non profit serving the needs of blind people in the Chicago area. I also just launched my own non profit organization called Give Your Gifts. Even though, at just age 23 I have all these other things going on, I like to consider myself a writer first and foremost. I am currently working on a few books. Those of you reading this blog, will have a sneak peak at a lot of my content, before it's published. You will be able to say that you "knew me when". I can assure you though, that you will always find something new and exciting in my posts, because I am different.

I don't mean that I am different like those people who dye their hair, pierce and tattoo themselves so that they can go to a coffee shop not named Starbucks and sit alone in a room full of people that are just as "different" as themselves. (Don't get me wrong...I love those people, in fact, that describes more than a handful of my friends from my college days at Columbia College in Chicago.)

No, my uniqueness is hard to describe. I seem to never "fit in", but tend to always be the person in the middle of everything, with the most friends around. I don't think that I "fit in" because I am always wondering why things are the way they are. If I don't completely understand why something is being done a certain way, I will ask the question, and expect a good answer, or I will find a better way of doing whatever it may be.

I could go on for pages about my thoughts and views, but I think that those should be saved for my posts, which will be updated regularly. The title of the blog may need a quick explanation though...so here you are.

I am a Christian. No No No...don't stop reading now just because...ahh, never mind, you can leave if you don't want to hear from a Christian who thinks like you, and makes decisions just like you, goes to bars like you, has friends like yours, and enjoys baseball just as much as you no matter what faith (or lack of faith) you practice. I hope you stay though. I think you will enjoy reading my takes, that will often be rooted in my faith. You will probably want to yell and scream that you think I am crazy, hopefully some of you will share my views. (That's what the comment button is for. Use it!)

Stick around...and don't be afraid to get in touch.
